One way to save money on pool supplies is to buy chemicals in bulk. Another way to save money is to shop for chemical supply kits. Chemical supply kits include all the necessary chemicals for a season at a discount price.

Any large store that sells pool supplies will stock chemical supply kits. A good chemical supply kit features pounds of pH increase, pounds of pH reducer, chlorine test strips, algaecide, etc. Different kits are made for different sized pools.
